Am 75. Gedenktag für Hiroshima/Nagasaki haben Friedensaktive von Attac Untere Saar und von Aufstehen Saarland gemeinsam vor dem Atomwaffenlager in Büchel protestiert. Eine Friedensgrtuppe aus Daun konnte einige Politiker zu einer Mahnwache vor dem Haupttor des Fliegerhorst aktivieren und danach wurde zu einer Gesprächsrunde mit Florian Pfaff eingeladen. Zu der Gedenkveranstaltung waren etliche Unterstützer angereist, die mit ihrem kreativem Widerstand an der Aktion für Abrüstung und Frieden teilgenommen haben.
